Chamber Academies

The Chamber Academy is a comprehensive management training program designed specifically for middle and senior-level Chamber Executives.

Its primary aim is to enhance their capabilities in effectively managing and optimizing the performance of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Chamber of Industry, Chamber of Commerce, Commodity Exchange, and Regional Chambers. Over the past two decades, the Chamber Academy has successfully operated across Europe and various other continents. It caters to the unique requirements of Chamber Executives, which differ significantly from those of typical company managers.

As part of this project, 2 four-day Chamber Academies for Turkish and European Chamber Executives, with physical sessions taking place in Türkiye and the European Union. The core objectives are to elevate their management competencies, refine strategic planning abilities, and foster the development of innovative member services. Additionally, these academies will serve as valuable platforms for networking and pitching opportunities, fostering collaboration between Turkish and EU Chambers. Each Academy will feature a curriculum comprising a minimum of six management courses, emphasizing peer-to-peer learning. Approximately 40 Chamber Executives, ideally from different chambers, representing both EU and Turkish Chambers, will participate in the Chamber Academies.

The Chamber Academy under the TEBD II Programme was held from 15 to 19 September 2025, focusing on internationalisation support services for SMEs, a key driver of economic growth between Europe and Türkiye.
