Study Visits
The Study Visits will offer the possibility to learn “on site” from other chambers, enhance the understanding and knowledge on Türkiye within the EU business community and vice versa, and be an opportunity for networking.
The action will also include the following types of activities:
Sharing best practices in the overall working framework on the technical and sectorial topics related to priorities of the business community, although in an overall working framework.
Establishing direct links between Chambers in the EU and Türkiye, to increase knowledge and trust from Chambers in the EU on trade environment and investment opportunities available in Türkiye. In this framework, implement more long-term partnerships between Chambers in the EU and Türkiye.
Expand and develop communication towards Chambers in the EU to diversify and attract more expertise and exchange of experience between EU and Turkish Chambers.
3 four-day study visits will be organised for Turkish chamber executives in the EU. Approximately 12 Turkish chamber executives will participate in each visit. 3 four-day study visits will be organised for EU chamber executives in Türkiye (target provinces will be selected by Eurochambres). Approximately 12 EU chamber executives will participate in each visit. Each Study Visit will have a specific focus, which can be thematic (e.g. internationalisation service, women entrepreneurship, business cooperation between Türkiye and EU Countries, EU Funding and Programmes, EU Green Deal, vocational education and training), or sectoral (e.g. digitalization, agriculture, textiles, ports and logistic).
