Eurochambres is looking for one or more qualified service providers to deliver expert services under the TEBD II (Technical Assistance for the Türkiye-EU Business Dialogue II) project.
The TEBD II Aquis Spot-Check Support Programme (August 2026 – June 2027), aimed at strengthening the capacity of Turkish Chambers and Commodity Exchanges to support SMEs in aligning with the EU acquis.
The programme will focus on three key areas:
Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM)
Packaging and Packaging Waste
GDPR and digital transformation legislation
The call is open to public and private legal entities capable of issuing invoices.
Deadline for submission of tenders: 19 July 2026 at 23:59 PM CET. Tenderers shall submit their application and all supporting documents to tebd2@eurochambres.eu with the subject “Call for Tender: Provision of Expert Services for the TEBD II Aquis Spot-Check SupportProgramme”.
