Eurochambres is looking for a specialized agency, an economic research institute or a think-thank
(hereinafter the “Tenderer”) for actual polling of minimum of 5.000 companies in the EU and 5.000
companies in Türkiye, amounting to a total of 10.000 companies; and with target response of
minimum 1.500 companies on each side amounting to a total of 3000 fully completed company
surveys.
The Contractor will work closely with the TEBD II team. The Contractor will:
Translate a questionnaire provided by the Client from English into Turkish and into all 23 EU official languages.
Design the questionnaire layout and conduct Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) using trained and experienced interviewers, ensuring full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Conduct the surveys simultaneously in the 27 EU member states and Türkiye to avoid timelags and potential impacts of daily developments.
Provide at least 1.500 fully completed questionnaires from Turkish companies located all over Türkiye, 1.500 fully completed questionnaires from EU companies located all over the European Union, from all sizes and from a wide range of sectors, ensuring that both samples (EU and Türkiye) include a significant proportion of companies involved in bilateral trade, investment, or business operations between the EU and Türkiye.
Submit to the client a final technical report (at the latest by December 2026) :
Provide the Client with the raw data (in Excel or CSV format, including all individual responses) and processed data file (cleaned and coded) suitable for statistical analysis,
Target group and geographical coverage,
Copies of the survey questionnaires (as used),
Sampling strategy used,
Timeframe of data collection,
Tools/platforms used,
Description of fieldwork including the difficulties encountered and how they were addressed,
Response rate and quality control measures,
Recommendations for future surveys.
